The snack bar will be opening from 9am – 2pm from Monday 13th February. These hours are on a trial basis depending on how many customers there are, so if you fancy a quick cheap bite for lunch do drop by.

We are currently in the process of putting down some new flooring in the store, which will mean some disruptions to your normal shopping experience over the coming weeks. This is what the schedule looks like: From Friday 20th January the apothecary/cheese/fresh food area of the shop will have new flooring and will be accessible to everyone. From Monday 23rd through Thursday 26th January the middle section of the shop will be closed to customers as floor is laid there. We have just brought in a new range of products from Detox Your World. Detox Your World specialise in raw, organic products, and some of the products we have introduced include maca, mesquite meal, agave nectar, tahini, nut butters, cocoa butter and powder, and also crackers and coconut milk. We are competetively priced, and will consider bringing in more products from their range, so please do check out their website if you are interested!

The Café is now open from 7pm on Friday evenings, as well as its normal hours of 10-5 every day. So if you’re looking for a place to sit, chat and sip away at the end of the week, feel free to drop in!

Our Easter Display is now up! This year we have focussed on ‘make your own’, with an assortment of colouring crayons and Easter fun books as well as eggs and blank cards – lots of fun for the kids (and the parents…). Keep an eye out for the growing ethical/organic chocolate Easter egg range aswell.

We’ve now put up our Valentines Day display opposite the till, so if you are looking for some nice ideas for the occasion we hope you can find something nice here!

We will be closed (in the Phoenix Store) for stock-take on Monday 31st January. We will be open as usual from Tuesday 1st February. The Blue Angel Cafe will remain open throughout.
